The Neues Museum

Neues Museum is a museum in Berlin, Germany, located north of the Altes Museum, in the Museum Island area. The Neues Museum was first built in 1843 and completed in 1855, according to a design by architect Friedrich August Stüler.

This museum is home to historical artifacts displayed inside a historic building. It was built between 1843 and 1855, then closed at the beginning of World War II in 1939, when it was badly damaged in the Berlin bombing. The museum officially reopened in October 2009. Specimens include collections of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman history, as well as Early History of Humanity collections.

Hamburger Bahnhof 

Built in 1846, Hamburger Bahnhof is the remaining station of the German railway system in Berlin to the present time. With its magnificent neoclassical architecture, it is now considered a museum of the city, housing an extremely famous contemporary art collection of major art movements from the 1960s onwards. Inside the museum, visitors will find many impressive and unique works, but perhaps the most prominent is the Friedrich Christian Flick collection.

Bauhaus Archive

This is a place you should not miss when traveling to Berlin. The Bauhaus Archive is the world's largest design gallery, providing in-depth knowledge of Germany's avant-garde schools of design and its impact on design, art and architecture around the world. The museum is housed in a building designed by the founder of the Bauhaus School, Walter Gropius. Today the museum is home to an incredible collection crafted by Bauhaus teachers and students, from pottery, woodwork, sculpture, to weaving, printing and bookbinding.

Bauhaus Archive Museum

Born at the end of World War I (1919) in the city of Weimar by architect Walter Gropius, nearly a century has passed since then, the Bauhaus is still a school that has had a profound influence on modern art and design.
